​ The ADY-999CXL, CL, C, CXXL kilns with temperature controller uses an industrial microcomputer control system PID type REX  C-100  with a K-type thermocouple temperature probe for stable performance and simple operation. Upon the request we offer programmable Ramp (Temperature/Time) PID Controller XMTG 8 or 9 series, that allows you automatically reach, hold (soak) and change up to 30 temperature/time points include heating and cooling speed; please contact us about this option before buying.  Thanks to thick (60mm) insulation, this kiln is energy efficient and for its size uses only up to 2300W and delivers a good temperature distribution. It is especially designed for metal heat treatment, steel case hardening and for work with most popular types of metals. It can also be used for high temperature enamels, glass and pottery clays with firing temperatures below or about 1000°C/1830°F. The ADY-999CXL, CL, C, C XXL kilns has a MCB  and double pole Toggle Switch on the front panel, it allows for both stopping the heating process and observing decreasing temperature as kiln is cooling. A red LED confirms power applied to the heating element and a hidden Leaf Switch under the door disconnects the power supply from the heating element when the kiln door is open. The ADY-999CX, CL, C, CXXL kilns door hinge allows to open the door in horizontal position and leave them open on top of the kiln in stable position, to ensures the door’s very hot surface never faces towards user. Kilns can be fitted with paragon type hinges upon the request and additional payment.  Attention: The kiln is new and the signs of fire are due to a production test only.
